How we ship gear from Palatine. Standard parcel, freight for big speakers, white-glove for systems in the Chicago area.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally from the website. If you are outside the US and want to buy something from us, get in touch via the contact form and we will see what we can arrange.

Methods and timing

Small parcels (under 50 lbs)

Ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time is typically 2 to 5 business days within the continental US. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Large items and freight

Floorstanding speakers, large amplifiers, subwoofers, and projectors over 50 lbs ship by freight carrier. Freight orders include a phone-call appointment to schedule a delivery window, and delivery is to your driveway or front door (not inside). Transit is typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your zip code.

White-glove delivery

For larger systems, particularly anywhere in the Chicago and Northwest Suburbs area, we offer in-house white-glove delivery and setup by our own team. We bring the gear into your room, place it, connect it, and verify it is working before we leave. Pricing depends on the system; we will quote it before the sale.

Free local pickup

If you are local, you can pick up your order at the Palatine showroom at 346 N. Northwest Highway. Pickup is free and usually available same-day or next-day. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when the order is ready.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and your zip code. For freight items, our team often hand-quotes shipping after the order is placed; we will email you the freight cost before charging anything and you can confirm or cancel.

Damage in transit

If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, take photos before opening it. Photograph the box from multiple angles, then open it and inspect the contents. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item and file a freight claim on your behalf.
