Acceptance

By using simply-stereo.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site and its content

Everything on this site (the text, photos, product descriptions, layouts, brand marks, and code) is owned by Simply Stereo, the brands we represent, or our licensors. You can browse, share links, and print pages for personal reference. You may not copy, republish, or use site content in another commercial context without our written permission.

Brand and product names

Brand names and product names mentioned on this site (such as DALI, McIntosh, Sony, Paradigm, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those names on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

Orders and pricing

We do our best to keep product information accurate, but typos and pricing errors happen. If we discover an error on an order you placed, we will contact you before processing the order and you can choose to confirm the corrected price or cancel.

Listed prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Sales tax applies to orders shipped within Illinois at the rate required by law.

Some products are sold only with professional installation, room calibration, or in-store demonstration. We will note those restrictions on the product page.

Returns and warranties

See the Returns policy for the time window and condition requirements. Manufacturer warranties are covered separately by the manufacturer and apply per the warranty card included with each product.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Stereo is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the date at the top.
