What to expect.

You don't need an appointment on weekends, and you don't need to know anything walking in. We're happy to play whatever you'd like to hear, and you're not committing to anything by sitting down.

If you want a longer session, like speccing out a full system or A/B'ing specific gear back to back, book ahead during the week. The shop is quieter, and we can dedicate a couple of hours to figuring out what fits your room and your ear.

Bring your music. Bring your time. The rest is on us.

Common questions.

Do I need an appointment?
On weekends, no. Walk in any time between 11am and 7pm, Saturday or Sunday. On weekdays the shop runs by appointment so we can give every visitor real attention. Book ahead here.
Can I bring my own music to listen with?
Please do. Bring vinyl, a USB stick, your phone with whatever streaming service you use. The system in the listening room handles all of it. The best demos are with music you already know intimately.
Can you help me sell or move on from my current gear?
Yes. We accept trade-ins toward your next purchase. We don't buy gear outright, so trade-ins are the only way to get value from your current system through us. Call us and we'll walk through what your gear is worth and what it can put you into.
Do you do home installations?
Yes. Full home theater builds, whole-home audio, outdoor systems, room treatment, the lot. Most major projects start with a consultation in the shop or a site visit. Tell us about your room here.
Is parking free?
Yes, free parking out front. Plenty of space if you're bringing gear in.
Are kids allowed?
Of course. The listening room is a quiet space but the rest of the shop is open. We've handed plenty of kids their first proper pair of headphones in here.
Do you sell online?
Some of our brands are available for direct online purchase, others are call-to-order or in-shop only depending on the manufacturer's policy. The product pages tell you which is which. When in doubt, call us.
